Request your workspace at /get-started (or email support@veryxjnn.com) — a VERYX platform operator reviews the request and creates your enterprise workspace: company identity, subscription plan (Solo, Team, Business, Enterprise or Sovereign), activated modules, commercial rules and security policy. Nothing exists outside a workspace — every record you ever create is scoped to your enterprise.
Your first administrator receives a time-limited invitation and completes the activation ceremony: identity verification, a password that meets your security policy, mandatory multi-factor authentication (scan the on-screen authenticator key and confirm a 6-digit code), then pays the first month and authorises recurring billing. Verification codes are never displayed on screen.
The admin completes the company profile and builds the organisation structure — head office, regions, branches, departments and teams — which later scopes who sees what.
Ten least-privilege role templates are ready on day one (Enterprise Owner through Read-Only), plus custom roles built from nineteen granular permissions. Sensitive permissions (payments approval, billing, confidential records) are never granted casually.
Add users by type (employee, manager, finance, field, supplier, partner…), map them to departments and managers, and send invitations. Governance gates can require admin approval before any invitation leaves the building.
Each user signs in to a sidebar that shows only what their role requires — the finance team gets the finance cockpit, project managers get delivery tools, field workers get a minimal mobile-friendly set. A role-based product tour walks each person through their tools.

Each period you receive one bill: subscription plus metered AI usage. Bills are due in 14 days and are payable in-app on the Stripe rail (cards, BACS) or BitriPay mobile-money rails. A bill unpaid for 26 days suspends the workspace automatically; payment reactivates it immediately.
