Each billing period produces one bill per enterprise: the subscription fee for your plan plus metered AI usage for the period. Bills are issued in GBP, visible in Usage Economy → Bills & payments, and notified in-app.
Bills are due 14 days after issue. Payment is in-app on the Stripe rail (cards, Apple Pay, BACS Direct Debit) or BitriPay mobile-money rails, or by bank transfer recorded by our team. A bill past its due date moves the workspace to Payment Overdue (access continues, with reminders).
A bill unpaid 26 days after issue suspends the workspace automatically: sign-in is blocked for all users until payment is received. Payment reactivates the workspace immediately. Suspension never deletes data.
ACU credits are prepaid, applied instantly to your wallet and consumed by AI usage at published rates. Unused credits roll over while the subscription is active. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a platform fault consumed them in error — in which case we re-credit.
Subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started, except for statutory rights or material service failure under the SLA (service credits apply first). Billing questions and disputes: support@veryx.io within 30 days of the bill date.
