VERYXThe Enterprise Execution OS
VERYX for enterprise groups

One platform for the whole group. Every company, cleanly separated.

A group of legal entities — a UK or diaspora holding company and its operating companies across your markets — runs on one governed operating system. Each company is fully isolated, carries its own branding on every document, and rolls up to one consolidated bill — while people, projects and partners move between them without ever being charged twice.

Enterprise is provisioned, not self-served — a specialist sets up your group and sends the activation invitation.

Group & company tenancy

A group above your companies — not a folder inside one

A Group owns several legal-entity companies. Each company is a full, isolated workspace — its own data, users, roles, integrations and branding — so nothing leaks between entities. The group sits above them for oversight and billing, never as a shortcut around the isolation boundary.

Per-company branding, automatic

Every invoice, certificate and report is issued under its company’s brand, registration and signatories, with the identity frozen onto the document the moment it’s issued.

One subscription, usage per company

Billing and the subscription package sit on the enterprise-admin account. Sub-companies are structurally covered — they pay nothing separately — while usage is still attributed per company and consolidated at the group.

One identity · one seat

A person is licensed once — and works everywhere they’re invited

The old trap: invite a colleague or a partner onto a project and the software quietly bills you for another seat. VERYX doesn’t. Every person has one home organisation and one Controller Seat that follows them across every project and every company in the group. A project invitation grants access — it never mints a duplicate paid seat.

Participant — No Seat Required

Clients, field teams and reviewers collaborate for free — participants never consume a paid seat.

Controller — Home Licensed

A partner’s Controller reuses the seat their own organisation already pays for. You are not charged.

Controller — Group Licensed

A colleague from a sister company in your group brings their group-portable seat across. No duplicate.

Controller — Host Sponsored

Only when you deliberately sponsor a Project Controller Pass does a billable seat appear — on your invoice, by your choice.

Before you invite anyone, VERYX shows you exactly whether a paid seat is required, which organisation owns it, and whether you will be charged — without ever exposing the other side’s subscription or wallet.

Cross-organisation projects

Bring clients, contractors and partners onto one project — safely

Construction and delivery are multi-organisation by nature: clients, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, designers, suppliers, auditors and joint-venture partners all work the same programme. Invite any of them onto a shared project with strict per-tenant isolation — they see only that project, never your other projects, your wallet or your subscription, and you never see their internals.

When an external collaborator genuinely needs Controller authority and holds no reusable licence, you can sponsor a Project Controller Pass — a time-limited, project-scoped seat (typically £25–50 / month) that appears on your invoice, by your explicit choice, and expires with the work. Reuse an existing home or group licence and the pass is refused as a double-charge — the platform will not let you pay twice.

Operator & intermediary finance

Built for groups that deliver through others

If your group wins the work and delivers through subcontractors and suppliers, VERYX runs the money the way you actually trade: raise client invoices (AR), hold back-to-back commitments with your margin and pay-when-paid terms, and see the cash-gap between what you owe and what you’re owed before it bites. Prequalify and score vendors before they’re let anywhere near a package.

Money in your markets

Multi-currency, multi-rail — where you actually operate

Bill and get paid in the currencies you work in, on the rails your markets use: UK cards and BACS via Stripe, and African mobile-money via BitriPay. The Universal Cost Ledger keeps one P&L truth across currencies with live FX, so a group operating from London to Kinshasa reconciles to a single consolidated view.

Governance

Court-grade control behind every action

Every state change is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit ledger — tampering is mathematically detectable and every decision is reproducible by replay. Scoped, federated roles follow the hierarchy and never grant broader authority than the role holds. And a 96-agent AI workforce drafts, costs and flags across every domain, with the exact ACU cost shown and pre-authorised before each run — never a surprise.

See it run for your group.

Tell us how your group is structured and a specialist will provision your companies, seats and branding — then walk you through it live, usually within one business day.
